There are many paths to take and our small, engaged school makes sure you know all your many options. Here are some of the doors our free 9th-12th grade high school opens wide for you:
*Your education is personalized, meaning we look at what works best for you.
*You will have college credit by the time you graduate from NMSS. For free. Right here on campus or online, your choice.
*You will graduate with the classes needed to enter California State and UC systems, following the A-G requirements.
*You can visit a variety of post-high school education options with us: music production studios, Universal Technical Institute (UTI), art schools, and of course, college campuses.
*You can attend our College and Career Fair on campus. Visit with college, military, trade school and other career track recruiters.
*You’ll be set up with a college advisor before you even graduate, making sure you have a bridge to your college career.
*You will earn community service, giving you experience working in new roles.
*You can play the big sports and maybe land a big scholarship on Gardena High’s fields. We partner with their CIF athletic program so you can have the best of both worlds: small school, big sports opportunities.
